The parts are playable, but they are also basic, under the assumption that you have a percussion instructor/arranger who can write better battery parts (an XML file of the parts can be sent to assist your percussion arranger).

The music’s rights holders (not me as the arranger) set and charge these licensing fees, which vary based on the publisher, composer or performer, ensemble size, and the type of organization requesting the arrangement.
